I recently had the chance to immerse myself in the rich blend of traditional and modern elements offered at a coastal resort in Jeddah. The location along the shoreline was undeniably beautiful, with the sound of waves crashing behind each villa providing a serene backdrop. The size of the one-bedroom villa was generous, offering a decent space for relaxation, and the private pool was a lovely addition, perfect for unwinding after a long day. My experience was marred by several issues. The climate control system frequently malfunctioned, and despite repeated calls for assistance, it often felt like my concerns were not prioritized. Responding to simple requests took longer than expected, leading to moments of frustration. Breakfast offerings could have been more varied, as the selection was minimal. I felt the staff's interaction could improve significantly, as their attentiveness could leave much to be desired. While the resort's design and location hold potential for a luxurious getaway, the overall experience did not meet expectations given the price point. I left feeling that service is an area needing urgent attention for this establishment to truly shine.
